Highly recommend this spa! I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. I was offered a complimentary service because I had a short wait and the owner kept me updated with everything that was going on. Jasmine did my Brazilian wax and she was amazing!! She is a skilled esthetician and made my experience pain free. I also enjoyed the fact that she educated me about waxing. I will definitely be back!

Cassie is absolutely the best!!! I really needed her help! I had previously done ombré powder brows from someone else, and the color was awful, she color corrected my eyebrows and reshaped them. So happy I found Cassie, now my brows look fabulous! She has also done tattoo eyeliner, lash extensions and my brow touch up for me! She is the absolute best at her job, and a very awesome person! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do this, but Cas!

She’s so skilled and makes the whole process feel comfortable and easy. The environment is beautiful, clean, and relaxing with nice music playing in the background. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch waxing or skincare services!

Had a lash lift and tint today by Yanitra. From the moment I got out of my car until I left, she was one of the most welcoming, friendly people I've ever met. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing along the way. I'm very pleased with my lashes and would highly recommend her!

Self-Care Day Gone Wrong I woke up this morning with hopes of having a pleasant and relaxing day—a much-needed self-care break. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst experience ever. As a new client, I called LRDS to inquire about the services they offer. I mentioned I was new, and the receptionist immediately recommended EW, who I later learned was inexperienced. I would never expect a business to assign an inexperienced technician to a brand-new client, and it showed. The entire experience was awful and disappointing. This was supposed to be a day to unwind, but instead, it left me frustrated. I will not be returning.
