I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years, they always do a great job on my 10D lashes & eyebrow threading! I used to work at the City Gear across the street and I’ve been hooked ever since. I come all the way from Oklahoma just to come to them. I called last minute to get my services done & Ms. Lux went out of her way to stay late and do my lashes and brows.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years. The service is excellent. They are very clean and professional. I started getting my chin threaded two weeks ago. I’m getting compliments on my eyebrows all the time!!!

My first experience here wasnt great and most likely wont be back. I came in looking at menu (attempted to do online but did not work). After looking at menu i let it be known i definitely wanted an eyebrow tint and attempted to ask questions about lashes. Questions about lashes included which one lasted longer, which one looked more natural...which one can get me through to the weekend. She seemed irritated i was asking, but if i had never been there and dont know what to expect and youll be putting things on my face why wouldnt i ask questions. Person helping me rushed me in chair, acted as if i was inconveniencing her by asking questions about possible services i wanted. She started putting tint on my eyebrows without answering my questions about lashes and other things. I asked about eyebrow maintenance outside of tint. She got upset and let me know she asked me what i wanted (and she asked me nothing!) I politely advised ive been asking questions she's failed to answer and if she has a problem (which she seemed to) we could just forget about service all together because she was rude the whole time i was there. I should have left. My eyebrows turned out fine with threading and tint. My eyelashes look terrible. I got individual lashes. They are all the same size and uneven on each eye. It looks like i have catepillars on my eyes. Definitely a waste of money and time. I only got these to save me time on my trip for the weekend, but i took it off immediately upon leaving and will just stick to applying my own strip lash thats looks natural. Do not go here if you want to be treated like an actual person. Dont go here if you want to leave looking like one either.
