Very satisfied with Kianna’s work on my brow wax/tint! As a first time customer I was a bit nervous at first, but she did not disappoint! Kianna is really nice, I had a great experience, and I definitely recommend!

The whole experience of booking and completing the service was so easy and professional. I had been growing out my eyebrows due to a previous bad service that left them over tweezed. Kianna was amazing! It was my first service with her but I felt super comfortable and satisfied with her work.

I really tried to handle this professionally and just take the loss, but the more my lashes fall out, the more disappointed I feel. I got my lashes done on Friday, and now you honestly can’t even tell I had anything done. When I brought it up, I was told it was my fault for sleeping on them too roughly — but in all my years of getting lash extensions, I’ve never had this kind of issue. I live a pretty active lifestyle. I’ve swam, worked out, and slept with lash extensions many times, and never experienced shedding like this. I spent $115 for the set, plus an extra $25 for a short-notice appointment, and I really expected better service. When I reached out, I was offered a mini fill — but was told “we don’t do anything for free” and that the problem was entirely on me. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. I wanted to love the results and support this business, but I feel like I wasted my time and money. Just take a look at my lashes — this is not okay. Let’s be clear I didn’t harass her after hours . I contacted her during business hours and she said she was book Friday and Saturday and I told her ok . I have the messages . Then she suggested someone else I wanted the one everyone talked about in the reviews. Then she said “you can come if you pay the extra $25” y’all doing too much when all you had to do was handle this professionally I didn’t want a free service but that’s what y’all thought ! No I wanted to know why my lashes was falling off before the week even started what kind of glue was used humor me Elmer glue lol bye

She was so attentive, gentle, and professional the entire time. My lashes look absolutely flawless — full, natural, and lightweight. The brow tint is perfectly shaped and the color is just right for my skin tone. She really knows how to enhance natural features without going overboard. As for skin care, Kianna gave me personalized product suggestions and walked me through a routine that actually makes sense for my skin type. I’ve already seen a difference in just a few days.
