Mackenzie is the absolute best! I’ve filled in my brows for 15 years due to over plucking them as a teenager. I liked the way they looked filled in, but wanted them permanently there. I was so scared to get them microbladed because I didn’t want them to look any different. Mackenzie took the time to listen and mapped out my brows until I was completely satisfied before permanently putting them on. She also has been kind enough to do 2 follow up sessions to perfect them even more. I am so incredibly thankful for her! Will not trust anyone else.

I would not recommend for eyeliner. The first time I scheduled she no showed. I had taken the day off work for the procedure. She accommodated me by coming in on a weekend to make it up. After the first session I got an eye infection, and my eyeliner was uneven. The second appointment she was going to fix the unevenness but clearly by my picture it was not fixed. I informed her of this and I was told I would need to rebook and offered a small discount, but I was moving and she was unable to get me in before I moved. Which is completely ridiculous when you mess up a tattoo on someone’s face. I didn’t push a third appointment though seeing as how wildly uneven it still was after two sessions. I got an eye infection again after the second appointment as well. I asked for the eyeliner to be dark brown, which she agreed to but it was very clearly black— as a year later it faded to blue— which is a big part of why I didn’t want black in the first place. Last of all, her numbing agent is pretty much non-existent. As someone who had my lash line done previously I have never had anyone work on me with only the poor topical she used. Save your money and look elsewhere for eyeliner.

I've been seeing Mackenzie going on 8months. She has been both personable and professional since the first time I sat in her chair. I feel comfortable and as if I'm hanging out with one of my friends when I'm having my lashes filled by her. She does phenomenal work and is affordable! Mackenzie is very professional and educated. Her facilities are super clean. I felt very comfortable with her from the start. I was so hesitant about microblading and I might have stalked her social media for months before I finally decided to have it done🤷🏼‍♀️. Seriously the best decision ever! I absolutely love my brows and I will recommend everyone to her.

I went to Mackenzie for microblading, I am victim of the late 90's fashion trend of tweezing my brows to be pencil thin, and they never grew back. Mackenzie is super friendly, professional, and is very knowledgeable about permanent cosmetics. She took her time, was thorough, and openly communicated what she was going to do throughout the procedure before she did it. After drawing the outlines for my brows she made sure I was happy with the shape before she started with the ink. It didn't take long at all, and after she was done she handed me a mirror and it was love at first sight!! I am so happy with my new brows, I feel like a new woman! Highly recommend Mackenzie!!!
