I’ve been a client at Arkansas Laser Solutions for about 14 years and have always had a great experience. Over the years I’ve tried other laser treatment providers, but the results simply didn’t compare. That’s how I know firsthand that their treatments truly work.(I only go for touch ups about once a year at this point) In addition to the excellent results, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They make every visit comfortable and take the time to care for their clients, even checking in weeks after treatment to make sure im satisfied. Patty is also wonderful—she’s great about reminders and follow-ups, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything runs. I can’t say enough great things about Kevin and Patty at Arkansas Laser Solutions ! They are incredibly skilled at what they do and always take the time to explain every step so I feel informed and comfortable. I got great results just after 2 sessions . They’re also some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet — they’ve gone out of their way to work around my busy schedule, and even helped keep my toddler entertained while I was getting my treatment! I travel 3.5 hours for laser hair removal because it works! I have been going to Kevin & Patty since college and I continue to work on different areas. I was at the point of not wearing tank tops because it did not look like I had shaved. Now I don’t even think about whether I need to shave. I have always felt comfortable with them and safe. Kevin is an RN with lots of certifications and experience that you will most likely not find at a salon.

This was my first time undergoing a laser hair removal procedure, and I was quite nervous since I didn’t know what to expect. However, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. My experience at Arkansas Laser Solutions was excellent. The staff took the time to explain the entire process clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. They also provided thorough aftercare instructions, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend their services. I will definitely be returning in the future.
