"Are you an in-network provider with my new dental insurance?" I am an existing patient, and I provided my card as soon as I walked in the door yesterday morning. I'm not sure why staff couldn't answer this question on the spot when I arrived for my appointment. I hoped I would have an answer by the time the hygienist asked me to reschedule - but I did not. I still haven't received a call to answer my question by late afternoon today. Why is this a complicated question to answer? You lost a patient.
