I recently moved from another state and this is my first visit to this dental clinic. Making an appointment was effortless, and the receptionist was very friendly. During my appointment today, both the x-ray technician and the doctor provided clear explanations. The facility is clean and hygienic, and there is plenty of parking available.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I dreaded my visit, but they made me feel at ease. This is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Tracy Maes was my hygienist, and she’s amazing!

Had a stroke in July of 2022 which left me unable to swallow. Being able to swallow makes dental work a lot easier on both the patient and provider. I’ve been turn down by other clinics, Tracy worked with me, helping me get that nice, clean smile back. Thank you Monarch for providing me with such a great tech. I had a very poor orthodontic experience at this office. The doctor overseeing my treatment changed multiple times, and each one had a different treatment plan. There was little concern or empathy shown, and my main issue was never addressed. Support staff were inconsistent, limited, rude, uninformative, and had poor chairside manner. After spending several thousand dollars and a significant amount of time in braces, I was ultimately told to remove them and pursue expensive surgery. Had I been informed earlier that orthodontic treatment would not resolve my issue, I would have sought another opinion instead of wasting time and money. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
