North Shore Family Dental Care

This place was awesome! It had been 10 years since I had a cleaning. Alison was very thorough. Turns out I’ve got some issues that I need to take care of but Dr. DeCoursey sat there and explained every little procedure that I needed. I got overwhelmed but he quickly reminded me not to worry and just take this one step at a time. He was very reassuring and made me feel right at ease. He has a treatment plan later out for me and any questions I had he answered as thoroughly as he could. Megan who works at the front desk is also a joy. Me and my husband will both be going there from now on! My husband had two teeth pulled at this office. He was quoted $1400 from another dentist! Needless to say Dr. D did it for less than half the price. If you don’t have insurance they have a membership program as well that gets you 15% off too! I’m just all over impressed I’ll never go to another dentist.

Had a severe toothache and Dr Brett went above and beyond to help take care of me quickly! Great service! I highly recommend! Follow up: it has now been several months later and I’ve been back many times to complete a dental health plan that we put in place. This has been, by far, my best dentist experience ever. Everyone has been great and they explain everything in ways anyone can understand. Setting up a treatment plan to address my dental issues has been painless (pun intended). I highly recommend this place!

Everyone was fantastic! It was the first dentist visit for my twin girls and they were made to feel comfortable right away. The girls climbed right up in the chairs by themselves and calmly sat there for their cleaning. There were lots of smiles all around, and after we left, the girls asked when they could go back. Thank you North Shore Family Dental for making their first visit awesome!

I have been to many dentists in my short lifetime, but NONE compare to Dr B. I have been there for over a year and I won’t go to any one else unless he sends me there for any reason. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr Brett is so very kind and caring and he takes the time to explain things in simple understandable ways. And I like how they make the effort to remember you by name❤️ All the girls in the office always have a beautiful smile and greet you with kindness. As for the hygienist Allison, I love her to death! I’ve never had anyone talk to me and enjoy having conversation and telling stories while in the office. North Shore family dentistry is definitely doing things right in the customer service department🥰😇🙏🏻☺️

North Shore Dental and Dr. Brett are truly great!!! I first took my 4 yo granddaughter for her first dental visit. They were terrific and my granddaughter felt totally at ease and it was such a positive experience. I decided to use Dr. Brett DeCoursey and his team as well. He was very kind and explained what was going on with my teeth. The office staff was fantastic as well. You can’t go wrong with this dentist and I would recommend Them to anyone!!!!’😉👍👍👍👍👍👍
