Truly wonderful staff with infinite patience for us who do not enjoy dental work. They explain in detail what needs to be accomplished, how they will proceed and they work with fittings over and over to get the best, comfortable fit.

I cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was in-office as well as before I entered into the office. I had the worst tooth pain and I was able to call and get an appointment the same day. The receptionist got all of my insurance info before I arrived so all I needed to do was complete a very short and easy new patient paperwork. The dental assistant was very much kind, patient, soothing, and made the experience that much better and came off as more of a friend than an assistant. Doctor Christi Weaver Shepard came in to examine me and my experience with her was nothing short of the same. She was honest and I left trusting the dental plan she set before me. I look forward to going back and hope the same for anyone looking for a stellar dental practice!

Dr. Shepard and her staff are exceptionally kind. I started visiting her office for dental care after an oral hygienist at another clinic was extremely rude and patronizing towards me. At Dr. Shepherd’s office, they have greatly helped to improve my oral hygiene, without ever making me feel guilty for the state that my mouth was in when I came to them.
