Aspen Dental - North Little Rock, AR

AMAZING. Highly recommend! I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a young child, so naturally I was extremely nervous and anxious about my trip to one again as an adult. All of that anxiety though, for it to turn out completely fine (even despite a diagnosis I was worried about). The office did an overall exam which helped me figure out what I need done and set up a plan & payment plan for me. I appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything done / scheduled that I wasn’t ready for yet. The lovely lady at the front desk was kind. The x-ray techs were fun and had good personalities (I believe one was named Suzette), and Katelyn was a wonderful hygienist. She worked on removing the tartar in my mouth and was extremely courteous, judgement free, and hyper sensitive to the way I felt about it all. She was careful and informative - answering all my questions. I happily made my follow up with her. If you’re nervous about your first visit in a while, this is where I would recommend. Even if you have hard-to-hear results, they will make sure you are taken care of. :)

I just want to say, this team at Aspen dental was nothing short of incredible. I came in with gum problems and needing some new partial due to pregnancy taking my calcium and density from my teeth causing me to loose my side teeth and reducing my confidence in my smile and as a person. I got some partials one time before but I figure they gave me what Medicaid could afford but now my husband placed me on his amazing insurance and Aspen dental placed me on a plan of whatever the insurance couldn’t cover allowing me to afford to get the work done I needed. The deep cleaning was exactly what it says Deep cleaning but while I was there my hygienist was very careful and attentive even allowing me to listen to the music of my choice for this 2 hour process. There was some wonderful moments and there was some moments that made me cry but not because of them, it was because I felt embarrassed about my mouth but the assurance from each person that worked with me made me feel so great. They even sent me home with products to heal and keep my teeth and gums healthier after the cleaning. I can’t wait to show y’all my partials!! Katlyn, was very nice, helpful and patient with keeping me calm throughout the process. She continuously asked if I was doing Okay, and reassured me every step of the way. Her being there definitely makes me more comfortable with coming back regularly! I highly recommend Aspen dental to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dentist office! I give this dentist office a 10/10! 5 star rating!

The entire staff is extremely kind and nonjudgmental. They treat me with respect and are mindful of any pain you are experiencing and do their best to minimize it. They explained what I needed to have done and began helping with scheduling and payment options for the procedures I felt I was ready for. Extremely nice people from the front desk to the doctor.

I am beyond grateful for my beautiful new smile. Thanks to Aspen Dental, I was able to achieve one of my biggest lifelong dreams. Growing up, I struggled with crooked teeth and ongoing issues with my back teeth, which made braces nearly impossible. Over time, my teeth deteriorated, and I truly believed I would never have the confident, healthy smile I always wanted. For years, I covered my mouth when I laughed or smiled. Today, I find myself smiling freely—and even having to remind myself that I no longer need to hide it. That kind of confidence is something I can’t fully put into words. I am especially thankful to Dr. Yin, Julissa, and Susette for their kindness, professionalism, and encouragement throughout this journey. In a few months, I will be receiving my magnetic implants, and I feel completely confident that the process will be just as smooth and positive as everything has been so far. Thank you all for giving me not just a new smile, but a renewed sense of confidence. I truly couldn’t be happier.
