The staff were incredibly helpful, so kind and understanding. We went in with our expectations low since we had been denied same day service at many places, they got us in and extracted 3 teeth same day and had amazing financing options, dr jefferson was amazing and the reception staff Johanna and Eddie were very helpful and all of the nurses that assisted. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic due to poor communication and a lack of regard for patient comfort. 1. Administrative Negligence & Deceptive Pricing: I uploaded my insurance card a week in advance and called multiple times to ensure it was accepted. I was repeatedly told it was "in verification" and that I would know my status before my appointment. When I arrived, they still hadn't checked it, but the front desk assured me that even if it were rejected, the visit would only cost $29. Incredibly, they waited until I was literally in the middle of my checkup to finish the verification. An office staff member then informed me my insurance was actually a "discount plan" and wouldn't cover the treatment at all. It is completely unacceptable that I followed up for a week with no answers, yet they managed to find the "result" in the 30 minutes I was in the exam room. 2. Poor Clinical Experience: The X-ray process was unnecessarily painful. A trainee was performing the X-rays, which I wouldn't usually mind, but the senior assistant used my mouth as a slow-motion teaching prop. Those sensors are very uncomfortable, and I was forced to hold them in place for extended periods while the experienced assistant gave a lesson. My comfort was clearly not a priority. Between the administrative incompetence regarding insurance and the lack of consideration during the procedure, I will not be returning. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and physical comfort.

Dr. Williams is amazing. He made me feel comfortable and when I felt there might be a problem a few days later, he called me personally to make sure that I was okay. I'm still in the process of getting my new implants, but I'm confident that everything will be great.

I had a great experience with the dental assistants,as well as the doctors who were professional and timely . However it all began as you walked in ; very nice greetings and always a smile and upon entry and where it begins as well as very warm and positive vibes. The entire staff was outstanding and I would recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and family.
