JFK Dental Care

The past year has been hellish for me working with JFK dental, from schedule mishaps and insurance problems to snarky rude comments it has been very difficult working with them as much as I wanted to and how convenient it was. Random fees which I was not reminded of being waved in my face saying you signed a paper we're double charging you because you can't afford to pay the fee and for your appointment is insane. I have had multiple issues with them and they have been nice but the issues are too consistent for me to feel comfortable putting my health in their hands. The only reason it's not a one star is because they were very quick and nice to get my records transferred over to my new dentist. Probably because they were glad to have me out of there. They kept saying that I'm the only one their system has issues with which if that's true it's good that I don't go there anymore anyway. My advice is to go somewhere else and not fool around with mishaps and snarkiness. Even if we can agree to disagree on your tone with me. Edit: for their reply it was not reiterated over call and I was happy to pay the extra fee and told them that but I stated I would not be able to afford my current appointment and would have to reschedule if I'm paying that fee today and they told me that they would have to double charge me the fee because I'm not paying for my appointment today. The fee was never told about over the phone and I even went in two weeks prior to make sure my balance was even with them paid them $20.28 and the fee apparently doesn't come out till later and it's not iterated over the phone. They told me 50 times that I signed the paperwork that's all they would do is just told me I signed the paperwork and I either pay for my appointment and pay for the fee or get charged even more for a rescheduling fee. This place only cares about money

I am not a fan of the dentist but this place is awesome. The whole staff is amazing, always friendly, helpful and smiling. I love my new dentures they fit perfect. Thanks ladies I couldn't be more happier

Came to this dental office for the first time and must say, ive never felt so comfortable in a dental office in my life than i have today at JFK Dental. amazing doctors & staff!!

I scheduled an appointment with JFK Dental, but before the appointment date, they called to tell me that there was a scheduling mistake on their end and that my appointment couldn’t be honored. I never even went in, yet I later received a $50 invoice for a missed appointment that wasn’t my fault. It’s really frustrating and unprofessional to be charged for their own scheduling error. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

I love this place! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! No judgement zone either. Myself and my daughter go here! Her before and after whitening! Aligners are next!
