I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was so kind and patient, and they made what can normally feel like a nerve-wracking appointment actually feel calm and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything to me, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way. I never felt rushed or overlooked — I felt genuinely cared for. That means so much, especially when it comes to something as personal as your health. You can tell this office truly values their patients and takes pride in what they do. I’m so grateful I found them and I actually feel good about coming back for future visits. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my experience!

I love Dr Cloud and his staff is professional , but can only give them 2.5 stars as they have the steepest late fee ($75) of any dentist I know in the area (and I’ve called around) if your more than 15 mins late. So looking officially for a new dentist now. They did say, in all fairness, that I had been late twice before and they didn’t charge - they knew to the minute how late I had been before - like 15-20 mins. I do acknowledge this grace and appreciate it. ;) And not blaming them for being late. But Ultimately, I don’t want to risk being late again and getting dinged another $75. :(

If you are looking for the best dental experience, look no further! Dr. Cloud and Dr. Kinard literally go above and beyond in every aspect of the dental field! They make family dentistry what it should be! They are welcoming, they are there to make sure you are comfortable and they do everything they can to meet your dental needs, all while treating you like you would want and expect to be treated as a person and patient! I likely set a record for the amount of work one person can have done to their mouth over 15-ish years, and Dr. Cloud has taken care of me with the upmost respect, is always cracking silly jokes and has an eye for absolute perfection. Dr. Kinard is now part of my team, and he is truly amazing, too! Due to an injury, I had to have a full upper restoration and my teeth are beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for better care! If you want amazing work, kind people and wonderful dental care, do not hesitate to be seen by either of them! Jordan, who cleans my teeth, is out of this world, and AMAZING! I couldn’t ask for care. She’s patient, kind, caring and very thorough. She greets you with a smile (they all do) and know everything about you, which is so nice! This is all coming from someone “scared” of the dentist, but, over the years, they have erased all of that fear completely! I always come out looking better than when I went in, and they are ALWAYS there to help you (even at night, on holidays and on weekends). FIVE STARS all the way! They are the absolute BEST! Dr. Cloud took care of me today, and even wore a Rudolph nose while letting me Snapchat funny pictures! They are the perfect mix of friendly, funny, nice and professional. They offer care that you cannot get other places, and for that, I’m thankful! Two thumbs up, from this frequent dental flyer!

I have never dealt with more professional people than those at Cloud Family Dental. From the receptionist, the hygienists, technicians, and dentists - all make you feel welcome and appreciated. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Thanks to all of you!

My First experience was today and it was amazing! Everyone was super nice it made it comfortable to have conversations. Recommend 9/10
