Everyone who works at this dental practice is friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and they all have excellent customer service skills. The hygienist I usually see was unable to be at work due to unforseen circumstances. Rather than calling to reschedule her patients, all of the other staff added us on to their schedules. This didn't have to be the solution, and it would have been understandable and acceptable had this been done. I have consistently received excellent care and felt comfortable and confident with whomever was treating me. The women who work at the front desk are also consistently professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a lot to juggle daily and h a v e consistently been kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Nichols is also consistently professional, patient, friendly. She is being called from 1 room to another, almost nonstop, but takes time with each patient and staff member to ensure everything is as it should be. I have referred many people to this practice based on the excellent care and communication from single person.

Christy was amazing and informative! Doc was great and thorough. For first time trip, I was very pleased. They even give first time guess a gift. Recommended this place to everyone when I got back to work.

The most caring staff. They remember our family, ask about our kids interests, and always are happy to see us. Will always fit you in when a need arises. Today they were running behind schedule and were so apologetic. But knowing that it was because they take the time to care for ALL their patients is worth the wait.

I got seen next day , after calling with a semi emergency.. broken tooth with silver root canal filling that fell out … X-rays were so thorough and I got to see the situation with my own eyes and understand what was going on. Instead of having me come back they took care of me about 30 mins later and even refilled an old cavity. Everyone was exceptionally nice and informative and the actual procedure was insanely quick .

I cannot thank Dr Nichols and her staff enough. They are by far the best in dental care I have ever received. They are professional and friendly. Dr Nichols has gotten me through several dental procedures with little to no pain or discomfort. I love them all and will never change Dentists again. Thank you!
