From the first time I called to the day of my appointment, I was impressed with AR Family Dental! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs! This was the first time in years I experienced such exemplary customer service, making me feel truly valued. KB provided a thorough tour of the office, explained everything I needed to know before my appointment, and even offered me a blanket if I felt cold. She(KB) was professional, gracious and very knowledgeable of her job! I had to have a root canal done, and it was the best I've ever experienced, and for a root canal, that's saying a lot! I'm so excited! I've found a real dentist office and staff who care about their patients, not just the money! Thank you all for welcoming me to the AR Family Dental family! 🩷

Arkansas Family Dental is an absolutely top-tier facility. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Tyrus and immediately felt welcomed. I was introduced to the company by Kala B., and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My hygienist, Richard R., was outstanding — confident, professional, and truly a powerhouse perfectionist. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. The appointments were quick and easy, with a fast turnaround on follow-ups, which I really appreciated. I also loved being able to sign in and complete all documents electronically — very convenient and efficient. The staff is professional, the equipment is up-to-date, and the atmosphere is modern and refreshing. It’s great to see such a talented young group of professionals who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do as much as the clients enjoy being there. Highly recommend Arkansas Family Dental!

We I walked into the facility, I was warmly greeted. Trinity was fantastic-friendly, detailed, and caring. After my long-time, hygienist retired, I chose AFD based on my insurance provider's list and positive Google reviews. I easily scheduled an appointment for the same week. I highly recommend AFD for dental care.

I had fillings and extractions done all in one day. Leslie ,KB and Dr Ludford were absolutely amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and calm the whole time. They answered all the questions I asked and reassured me the entire time. They even took care of my husband in the waiting room. I would give 10 stars if i could. Thanks everybody!
