What an amazing staff! Couldn't ask for anyone nicer

I have nothing but good to say about Optum. We have never had a bad experience with them. Tom, our caseworker always makes us feel like we are the only ones he takes care of. Can’t say enough good things about him. We are in good hands.

We are using Optum Infusion Services located on College Blvd., Lenexa, Ks for a few weeks. Up to this point, everything has been fine. I have been on the phone WAITING (called twice, and leaving a message as well) at least 15-20 minutes, as I WATCHED the time. My husband is needing a supply, and the weekend is coming up, and I know I will be out of it before Monday, and just want to MAKE SURE I will have the supply by/before Monday. I am "trying" to find someone in customer service to ANSWER the phone, but as yet, they haven't! The recording just keeps going over, and over, and this time, it DROPPED my call! I have finally been able to get a hold of someone in customer service that handles our supplies, and I have his info, so when I'm about ready to run out of supplies (unexpectedly), I can call him, without going through the main number, and having all those problems again, "trying" to get a hold of someone.

Very clean,with extremely nice nurses who are very good at what they do.

Staff is always awesome and makes each visit comfortable
