LIVE Hydration Spa Lenox

I had a great experience at LIVE Hydration Spa Lenox. The whole process was smooth, clean, and very relaxing. My nurse, Caylee, was amazing—super kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and checked on me throughout the visit. You can tell they really care about their patients and making sure you have a good experience. I left feeling much better and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

First time here and I already know that I will be back for more!! I signed up for the membership which I believe is worth it. Today I tried the performance elite bag with add-ins of Zinc(supports immune system) and Glutamine(supports gut health). I also got to try the oxygen bar. There are four scents to choose from while you are inhaling the oxygen! Most relaxing experience I’ve ever had right here in Lincoln, Nebraska;)

I was severely dehydrated and was experiencing nausea and a migraine for a variety of lifestyle and illness related issues. Life just be lifing sometimes! I have seen these places around and decided to give it a shot. I was given something to ease my tummy and a full bag of fluids and vitamins. Sometimes the best thing you can do is just push fluids. This makes things much faster. I haven't any idea of the science behind vitamin infusions, but I think we all know that IV fluids are the fastest way to feel better most of the time. The staff is nice and the place is clean and uncrowded. It was quick and easy to make an appointment online, took 45 minutes there, and then no one tried to upsell me. I wasn't even asked about the membership!! That was very refreshing. Would recommend.

I went there twice when I was having troubles with constant fatigue and soreness particularly in my legs. I did the Performance elite both times and wow it really helped a lot. First time I felt it sitting there in the facility and the next time I really noticed a difference 2 or 3 days later. Oral supplements never work for me so this has been so helpful. So much faster straight into the bloodstream like that. Easy to signup online as well.

Love this place! The staff and nurses are so kind and patient. They helped me feel confident in selecting what type of IV hydration therapy would be best for my needs. They were also patient and careful with my veins since I am always a difficult stick. They were very attentive and making sure to check-in to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. These ladies are the best!
