Minabella Beauty Resort

I have come to minabella several times hoping it would get better. Last time I came, I got my nose waxed and left with wax still in my nose. I had to peel the rest of it out when I got to the car. This time, I got my nails done with a tip and dip. I was supper bummed because the tips did not cover my entire nail. On almost all of my nails, my natural nail sticks out on the side and was not covered with dip. The day after I got my nails done, one fell off and the others are all already cracked. The staff was friendly. Edit: minabella reached out to me to offer to fix the nails but I had already gotten them fixed. They offered to give me a deal on my next set. I will try again with a different tech. I look forward to updating this post. Edit: Minabella offered to give me a new set of nails. I came in and got tips with dip. I worked with Lorrie (I think) and she was delightful. She did a really good job on my nails and every suggested chrome. Staff was still friendly aa usual. I had a much better time than my last visit. I will be returning to Lorrie. I appreciate their commitment to customer service. They have a very nice manager as well.

I’ve never had a bad experience here until now i left so disappointed.Tina did a sloppy job on my nails. I don’t like to complain but then they had someone else fix them she seemed to be rushing and still left with messed up nails. I won’t be back. Save your self trouble.

I went in asking for a full set of acrylics with French tips and coffin shape . The lady who did my nails was nice, however, when deciding the length I said short and she said longer is better and completely ignored what I wanted. Then she aggressively filed my nails and splits the tissue on my pinky finger open and it starts bleeding. All she said was sorry and continues filing over the bleeding finger. Finally the line work on my French tips are not good and the white paint is smeared and they look not good. I’m not a confrontational person but I was charged $70 for a spit finger and sloppy sharp nails, if I was confrontational I wouldn't have paid. Don’t go here if you want to get what you asked for and pay for. Take your money elsewhere. Wish I could get a refund

Sheila does a great job on my nails every time! Very consistent and knowledgeable on nails and the health. They stay on the longest I’ve had while being the nicest nails I’ve ever had also! She can do any design you’d want and is very kind. She’s a high end luxurious nail tech for a great price. Definitely book with her!

Spoiled ourselves with the zero gravity pedicures and scalp massage. They provided us with heated eye masks and neck wraps and then tucked us in to our zero grav chairs. I always look for pedicures that give the best foot and leg massage and I think this experience has ruined all other pedicures I have ever gotten. We had about 30 minutes of leg and scalp massage before they painted our toes. Only thing that would make it better is if the switched out the headphones with just a Bluetooth speaker. It would have made the scalp massage a lot better and probably easier for the attendant. I will definitely be back for it again though.
