From the moment I walked it in I felt at ease. Everyone was professional but kind and knowledgeable. The staff made the whole process smooth and educated me as well. The price is not expensive and there are multiple financing options I am looking forward to the future and working with scale down.

They are so knowledgeable. Weight loss can be so gimmicky but from when I walked in to when I left and every appointment since then they are all knowledgeable, listen to what my goals were and gave me options on what they had to get there. They weren’t pushy or trying to sell me on the most expensive thing. They created a plan that fit what I needed to reach my goals. I had a shaping facial and body reshaping done here. I couldn’t afford the whole package so I decided to get one just to see if I liked it and what it was all about. First let me say I had a wonderful experience both times. Each time I was able to tolerate the heat at full power. I’m not very sensitive to heat. It does get very warm but not uncomfortably so. The tech explained each procedure carefully and went at my pace. I felt no pressure from them at. They made me comfortable and I didn’t feel awkward or ashamed by having them roll around on my areas of concern. First the waist area. That procedure was the longest of the two. I had an opportunity to talk to the tech and get her feedback on what we were doing and about their other products and procedures. There was no redness or soreness at all afterwards. Where she’d gone over my ribs was slightly tender but not unmanageable. You’re supposed to flush all the fat cells they kill out through your lymphatic system. However I got nausea the next day and vomited. That could be unrelated and have been a virus. I am Not entirely sure. I’ll spare the details but to me it looked as if I’d purged mine in that manner? However, in three weeks my dress size shrunk 2 sizes. I went back to weigh in and get a weekly shot of Ozempic thinking I was going to amazed at the weight drop. I hadn’t lost a pound? I thought how could this be. They mean what they say. It’s not about the scale on these procedure's it’s about killing the fat cells and firming the skin. I’ve had 2 children, I’m 53 yrs old. My weight has always been a struggle for me. I’ve had issues with my lower belly since I was a teenager. I’d just accepted it. Until now. My waist shrunk 2 inch’s! With 1 treatment. My stretch marks were noticeably less visible and my belly lifted. I was amazed at how nicely my clothes fit. I was able to fit into and button my, skinny girl jeans! You know the ones you keep round in that bottom drawer thinking some day I’m gonna fit in them again. I’ve taken the weight loss shot here for about a month and a half. I’ve done it before through another facility. I’ll admit the weight loss has not been as quick as it was before. But it’s also not yo yo ing so I’m hoping it’s more gradual nature will help me keep it off. I’ve lost 10# so far. And have 15 to 20 left to go. So far I’m very very pleased with Scale Down. They have so many different treatments and all of them really work. There are a slew of other vitamins and injections from the loss of stress belly fat to the healing of muscles after injury or work outs. Now the facial. I went in for my turkey neck that recently has developed. It makes me self conscious. We took before and after pictures and I was told I’d probably not see a difference with just one treatment. Both the tech and I were completely amazed at the transformation. The elasticity in my face I felt immediately. It felt like I had a face mask on. My skin felt tighter, smooth - like crazy soft! My pores were smaller. Everything had shrunk. My jaw line was more prominent and my double chin / turkey neck was almost gone. I wish I could afford the whole package on both of these treatments and will treat myself this tax season. I highly recommend this place over the others. They offer a complete treatment head to toe. I’m greatful for what I’ve been able to accomplish with their help. Ultimately, it’s all up to you. I was just ready for a permanent change and the energy to be able to go about my day, job, kids, house. I finally am not depressed about not being able to keep up. This has been life changing.
