West Omaha Cryotherapy - Hyperbaric - Red Light - Infrared

Today was my first day doing Red Light therapy at West Omaha Cryotherapy. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Lissa. the woman that greets you is extremely friendly and very professional. Being my first time there she explained in detail how Red Light therapy works and how beneficial it is for various parts of your body. I was so impressed with the total experience I signed up for more. I definitely recommend going there. Joel P.

I’ve been coming to West Omaha Cryotherapy for 8-9 years specifically for the cryotherapy. I suffered from restless leg syndrome mostly at night which interrupted my sleep constantly. I do the cryotherapy treatment twice a week plus I occasionally avail myself to the hyperbaric unit and the normatec therapy. My restless leg syndrome rarely affects me now. I highly recommend these three. I have not used the light and sauna treatments so I can’t speak about them.

I used the large infrared sauna; my post exercise aches were gone. The bench is pretty narrow and hard to lay down on. I was able to rest my head on my jacket otherwise I would have probably used a rolled towel or a robe. I look forward to coming back and I highly recommend Omaha Cryotherapy. Update: I used the small sauna too - it is very small an it is impossible to lay down in it. I do love the increased heart rate and the sweat without exercise!

I have tried Cryo and Sauna and love them both. The people are amazing, everything is well explained and its very convenient to book online and receive a confirmation, even last minute. Super pleased with my experience.

Always friendly and attentive. There is a variety of options, some of which I like more than others. The bulk promotions are always a great deal.
