I’d like to continually share that Lauren is very knowledgeable, courteous, and definitely helps me on my fitness journey! Whenever I come see her, she is always inquiring about my diet (making sure I don’t consume too much sodium and sugars) gives me great gym techniques, and I can tell that she genuinely cares whenever I see her! She is so kind, caring, and positive!!! I recommend her to all of my friends/family, because I ALWAYS see results immediately after my appointments. She is so warm, and always makes sure that I am comfortable each visit. I am so glad to have found her office!! I would recommend 10/10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They closed their doors in May and the headquarters did not disclose but sent out texts to reschedule appts all summer. I bought a package and was not able to use my sessions. They did not inform clients that the office closed but just kept pushing back appts. This notice was on the office door.

I love my appointments with Lauren at Contour Spa West Omaha, she makes you feel special and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I have noticed great improvement in my waistline. My clothes fit better, and I feel and look great!! I believe you need to do something for yourself, you deserve it!!!

Great place with excellent service. Always very friendly and makes sure the client is comfortable. Lauren is very personable and ensures I feel like she really cares about what she is doing and I know exactly what is going on during the procedure. She is great at keeping me talking so the time really flies. I definitely recommend Contour Cryoslimming and Wellness.

I started with an introductory facial and one area (arms) and ended up starting with a package. After one session, which is cold as can be, I noticed that a tingling in my arm that had plagued me for like 6 months went away. Next time I asked her she told me about the health benefits. Then she was able to tweak my service so that I could get some help with my shoulder pain as well as slim my arms. I’m already on the second area and loving it too. Would totally recommend this as an additive to exercise and diet to get that extra edge of results. I usually do it and go right back to work, no downtime just bring a warm cup of coffee!
