Dermatology Specialists of Omaha

I saw Lynn C McLaughlin, PAC, and she's truly amazing. I had a recent experience at another dermatologist's office that was horrendous, I ended up walking out after an hour and a half, nothing was done and money was wasted for the visit - I decided to call Dermotology Specialist of Omaha and I am so glad I did. Thank you so much for easing my mind and being kind and compassionate like you'd expect a Physician to be. Highly recommend this office, and this PA.

I had to cancel two appointments because of legitimate health issues and then I get a letter in the mail saying they won’t see me anymore. They are completely heartless and show no compassion for their patients. It’s obvious all they care about is money. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless you want to randomly get kicked out of the practice for needing a little bit of grace when it comes to scheduling. Or just show up and puke in their waiting room—apparently that is their preference.

I’m disappointed with the lack of basic communication options at this office. I needed to submit a simple form, and the only methods they offered were to physically drop it off or fax it. We are almost in 2026, and there is still no way to email documents or communicate electronically. It’s extremely inconvenient and outdated, especially for patients who work or have busy schedules. I hope the office updates its systems to offer modern, accessible options for submitting paperwork.

Lynn and McKenzie were SO kind during my exam! Lynn answered all of my questions thoroughly and without rush. McKenzie remembered me from a previous visit and showed genuine concern when asking follow-up questions. Would highly recommend!

I had my first visit today with Dr. West. She was very professional and also the staff. I check the reviews, doing my due diligence. They let you know ahead of time that their appointments are very short and that you need to be on time or reschedule. if your appointment time is 10 minutes long, and you show up five minutes late, you have basically missed your appointment. I don’t know why people don’t take responsibility. The doctors here are very knowledgeable, the staff is professional and the office is beautiful. Personally, I had a great experience and this will now be my permanent dermatologist. PS I was actually on time for my appointment LOL
