Cayl provided my facial and she did a phenomenal job! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very gentle with my skin. She texted later in the day to be sure I was doing well, and I received a text the next day as well. My skin feels amazing. Cayl did a great job on my brows, which I hate to say, needed a lot of help! The facial itself and all of the “extras” were great. I have my next visit with her booked! I can’t recommend this place enough! The price can not be beat.

I booked my first ever facial with The Only Facial Omaha and it was a great experience! April did an amazing job - she was kind and talked me through the entire process, before and while she was providing treatment! I was relaxed, comfortable and felt like I was in the best hands. Their signature facial process is really convenient and I like that it is very clear what you are getting. As someone who hadn't had a facial or purchased spa services beyond a basic massage, it's overwhelming to read all the treatments available and the costs that come along with those at a traditional spa. The Only Facial takes the confusion and intimidation out of the equation by providing you with an incredible signature facial that suits all, has a transparent cost and no extra pressure to buy all the 'fixins'. All that, and they even help recommend products that they think will match your skin type and/or lifestyle - I was just so impressed! My primary reason for getting a facial was recurring hormonal acne after my pregnancies. It was getting frustrating and I just felt like nothing was working. My experience so far is 10/10! Most of the scarring or deep issues that kept returning is completely gone and I am back to feeling confident in my skin, even on days I am wearing little to no makeup! I have had the pleasure of getting a signature facial with Serena, on two occasions. The first was gifted to me. I wasn’t aware the tip was included in the price, which was nice! Before starting, Serena asked some questions about my skin concerns and current routine. Throughout the facial she explained each step. I booked a second appointment, thoroughly pleased after the first service. The second appointment, she was able to add the chemical peels. I was also given aftercare products (which I fell in love with a purchased on my own) and instructions following both appointments. After a day or two, Serena checked in to see how my skin was doing, which I really appreciate! I am already seeing positive results with some troublesome acne spots and dull skin. Additionally, the environment is super cute and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
