I bought a Groupon coupon for Highlife Massage, and they have given me 2 SHORT NOTICE CANCELATIONS as a reward. I booked a massage for January 8th, 2026 with more than 2 weeks notice. When I made the reservation, the email said they would send me an email confirming our appointment... Well, I never got it. I got a text message on JANUARY 8TH saying that they cannot 'accomodate my massage', and canceled on me. ON THE DAY OF THE APPT. So I called and left a message asking what the issue was, and got no response whatsoever.... So I rebooked it for January 28th, and they sent me an email CONFIRMING my appt, and telling me that my debit card is on file. Then I go TODAY to my appt, only to notice that, AGAIN, they sent me a text message CANCELING MY APPT! I'm done with this clown. The only reason I went to him a few years back is because it was a $40 Groupon coupon for an hour long massage, which is really cheap. I wasn't that impressed with the massage the first go around. But, I just had knee replacement surgery, and needed a cheap deep tissue massage. I figured I would try him again, BUT definitely won't make that mistake again... 1 STAR OUT OF 5

Marvin is outstanding. The right pressure, calm demeanor, explains what he'll be doing, builds therapeutic trust, and is professional. The table is warmed, the room is dimmed, there are relaxing nature sounds & music, a calming fragrance, and outside noise can't be heard. He offers a monthly plan as well. Not only do I recommend hiring him, but I've also scheduled my next massage.

I had a standing booking for almost one month. I drove 45 minutes for my appointment and he cancelled 32 minutes before my scheduled time. The doors were locked and the business appeared empty. He stated he would issue a refund but I have yet to see it. Don't buy his groupon, he probably won't honor it. He lists all these reasons that a client will be charged a fee, canceling, booking the wrong service etc. but he can cancel for any reason. So disappointing. What a scam.

I always leave feeling amazing afterwards, Marvin does a great job of getting rid of the tension in my shoulders and neck. Do yourself a favor and check him out.

Sinse moving here to Omaha 9 months ago, I haven't been able to find a good massage therapist at all. So I went to get a message yesterday (6/12/2025) with Highlige Massage. And the massage was great!. Marvin Hamilton is great at massage therapy, he listened to my concerns and did above and beyond. I recommend trying his services. You won't be disappointed.
