Be Resilient Massage

I am 63 years old and have never had a massage. Needless to say, I was apprehensive about this, but I heard such rave reviews about Josh, I tried it. My anxiety disappeared almost instantly because of Josh‘s professionalism and incredible work. I am now scheduling massages with Josh on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Josh.

Love Josh and his masterful way of soothing my painful muscles. He is so kind. You will automatically feel at ease in his care. Best massage I've ever received. I'm positively hooked.

Josh is amazing at deep tissue and helping work out muscle tightness. I have had 2 back surgeries, and he knows exactly how to calm it down when I get a flare-up. Highly recommended!!

Josh is amazing! He’s the only massage therapist I’ve gone to in the past 10 years that actually gives a true deep tissue and helps with all of my back/neck/shoulder pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and any questions I’ve ever had about a particular muscle or part of my body that’s in pain, he knows exactly how to address it. So cool that he has his own studio now, it’s easy to find, and has a very nice and tranquil atmosphere. You can definitely get the feel that he genuinely cares for his clients and their wellbeing; we usually start a session with talking about “life”, how we’ve been doing, how the kids are, etc., then I usually fall asleep which is a nice treat for me seeing as I have 6 year old twin boys! 😂 110% recommend, I will not go to anyone else.

Absolutely wonderful you feel like 1 million bucks when Josh is done Josh is very knowledgeable and explains all the muscle groups to you. This was my first deep tissue massage and I will definitely be returning. Thanks again, Josh. Angelo Ludacka
