I had such a great experience at Theta Massage! From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm, homey, and adorable. It immediately made my body more relaxed. Liz was absolutely amazing. She was professional, attentive, and clearly knew what she was doing. The massage was relaxing and really helped relieve my lower back tension. Liz made sure I was comfortable the whole time and changed anything to my needs. I left refreshed and cared for. I recommend this place if you want a thorough massage with a relaxing environment!

Theta Massage has such an amazing and relaxing environment! It was so cute coming in for a friend's college getaway. The atmosphere is so calm, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. The couple's room was especially nice and made the experience feel more special. The massage itself was incredibly soothing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already excited to come back!

Theta Massage is the best place for massage therapy. I have been getting massages at Theta since they opened 11 years ago. It’s been fun to see the studio grow into a warm and luxurious space. We usually get deep tissue massage, and have been fortunate to have seen Kelly, Nathan, Liz, Markina, and Becca. Each therapist has a professional and comforting vibe. Gift certificates are so easy to purchase online. I’ve gotten several for friends. We love THETA!

I saw Becca today for a deep tissue massage, focusing on the right side of my neck. She was intuitive with her pressure and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Having been a massage therapist myself, it’s often difficult for me to fully relax and turn my brain off—but Becca was nothing short of masterful. She found and held points of discomfort until I could breathe through the tension. Her movements were intentional, fluid, and maintained perfect continuity throughout. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever received.

I went in today with more knots in my back and shoulders than a Boy Scout handbook and came out feeling like a new person. Drea asked a lot of questions and catered her service to meet my needs. Everyone there is very kind and welcoming. Great massage studio and I would strongly recommend.
