Mt. Fuji Japanese Massage

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I walked in 10 minutes early before my appointment and was immediately put into a room with two beds without any instructions or my name/appointment confirmation. She came back in 5 minutes later telling me to undress and lay on the bed. As I was laying there another lady came in wanting my card and then proceeded to come in again for me to sign it like can that not wait until afterwards?? Then she came in at 2:30 when my appointment started and put hot stones on my back. I laid there for 20 out of the 30 minutes I was scheduled for an DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE and was not touched once during that time. In the midst of waiting, there was arguing in the hallway amongst the few staff that were there. After 20 minutes I took the stones off my back, got dressed, and stormed out. I was so angry I didn’t even ask for a refund. I’m not one to write a review but please take my word for it and go to a good quality massage salon. Complete waste of time.

Had a great experience at Mt. Fuji. Mia was professional, attentive, and clearly knew what she was doing. The massage was relaxing but still worked out a lot of tension, especially in my back and shoulders. The place was clean, calm, and easy to unwind in. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend asking for Mia.

Lucy is a great massage therapist. She is experienced and knowledgeable. She can feel where my tightness is. My shoulder soreness improved a lot after visiting her a couple of times. Warm and relax atmosphere. Great experience!

I have been a few times to this gem in Western Omaha. I have seen both times a therapist whose name is Lucy. She was amazing. She helped relieve my lower back pain using black stones that were hot. I will come back again to see her. Thank you Lucy, you are a real healer.

Had a bad experience with someone here and does not make me want to come back, as soon as i walked in she was pushing me straight to the room. I asked her to used the restroom first and kept pushing. Alongside the overcharged the room wasn't clean. At the end she did not offer a hot towel nor made the attempt to help clean up the oil off my back. She does not care about the customers nor the cleanliness of the tables. If you get cindy turn back around
