She listens to her clients and tunes into the areas of need. I tend to have a lot of upper back issues/tension as that’s where I carry stress, and the acute work that she does has me feeling so much relief after sessions (and in the days to follow). This was my first visit for a massage with Tammy and it was excellent. She was recommended by my niece who goes to her. It's been many years since I've had a massage and Tammy gives the best results I've had. I was so tensed up and had a lot of longtime tight spots that she found and worked out. My body feels so much more relaxed and 'looser' after a long time of feeling so tensed up. I'm 76 and still work part-time, so it's very nice to feel good.

As someone who has had regular massages throughout their life I can tell you that Tammy is an exceptional massage therapist. She doesn’t ‘phone it in’ and she has an intuitive knowledge of where you need more pressure or work done based on your tense spots and she addresses them thoroughly. She has strong hands and is able to exert as much pressure as you would like. She really worked out the tense spots in my neck and shoulders as well as focused on other areas that I asked her to. After trying her I bought a package of several massages because she’s someone I would like to see every couple of weeks to address some chronic tight spots and then as a sort of maintenance program after that. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
