I’m an 82-year-old woman, and my daughter encouraged me to work with Shiela. I’ve had several sessions and am happy because I feel lighter and have more energy. My husband, who is 87, has also worked with her. Our lives are full of many changes, but we can count on these sessions to help us feel lighter and cope better.
