Had my first spa day with Venus and I feel absolutely amazing. It felt like she had 4 hands and the strength of an industrial hydraulic press (which I greatly needed for my upper back/neck pain). I could easily tell Venus was educated and skilled in her profession. She explained what I needed to do clearly and gave me plenty of time and space between each session so I could get comfortable. I feel so light and loose. Already have my next massage booked.

I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at 2pm. Showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early to make sure I had time to use the restroom (I’m about 37 weeks pregnant) and get checked in if needed but the outside door was locked. So I waited outside in 10 degree weather for almost 15 minutes because it was 2:05 by the time someone opened the door for me. She proceeded to ask if I had an appointment to which I responded “yes, at 2pm”. She checked and confirmed that I indeed had an appointment and tried to call the massage therapist that I booked with. She did not answer and I was basically just told “I’ll have someone from management contact you to make this right”. In most cases that would be fine but when you’re approaching your due date as a 4th time mom, rescheduling isn’t always realistic or even desirable. I booked the massage when I had the time to get it and the massage therapist just no called/ no showed and I have yet to get a phone call from Omaha Massage and Healing Arts. I got a text from what I guess was the massage therapist I had booked with but it was very apathetic sounding and passive. I don’t want any free service they offer for wasting my time and truly could not say much good at all about my experience.

I have been coming to Omaha Massage and Healing Arts for a little over a year and have only had very positive experiences. I have had chronic sciatica and joint pain for a while, after seeing Sam and Venus for the past year my flare ups are minimal and less severe, and I always leave my massage relaxed and eased. I highly recommend both Sam and Venus, but I would also trust any of the staff to meet that same level of care.

Came in to try to get some tension released from an old sports injury in my back. Brenda was very accommodating and communicated about tenderness in that sore area and pressure throughout the hour. I’m usually a deep-tissue person but this Swedish was perfect.
