Bella Spa Eyebrow Threading

Oh gosh. Was writing this in my head before I even left: why… cause when I arrived I was on time. They finally got me to a table little over half hour later. Only two techs were working. I understand things happen but if the previous client was late they should have rescheduled. She never went over any photos or in depth what I wanted or what came in the Groupon package. I did show her a photo of what I wanted. She never kept the photo or ever referred to it again. This is not what the photo was that I presented. I had to hold the fan for quite a while. Additionally she never cleaned my eyelashes before she put the set on. Which struck me wrong cause ever other tech has always cleaned them due to oils being present from our natural skin and such. Helps the glue to hold. Which I have always lasted 4(most average)-6(longest) weeks with a set on. It’s been 4 hours… left eye is already falling apart. They are not even. My coworker spotted that. Really bummed! Then went to pay and was getting charged the 99 instead of the 74.25. I didn’t pay on Groupon cause they said to wait and pay at the store. Wound up getting charged 75.00. Needless to say I will continue to deka lash and be patient with their schedule! Deka has never given me an issue. Additionally she kept pushing for my to do my eyebrows after I kept saying no thank you. After the third time asking I got very offended.

I came here for a facial. Not only were they not ready when I showed up but this place connected to a car audio shop. There was a door opened in the back and you could see right to the car audio shop. So random. Not to mention their set up for facials is a joke. They don’t have any bed sheets or blankets on the bed. Which is open for everyone to see, there’s no private room for this. They brought out products that looked like they were samples which who knows how old they are. It was all around odd. I’d suggest going somewhere else for a facial. Spa shouldn’t be in the name of the business.

I had a beautiful experience here yesterday. Nisa threaded my eyebrows yesterday. She was so quick, thorough and so kind! I loved talking to her and will definitely be back again. Thank you Nisa!

My mom and I stopped in to get our eyebrows waxed and tinted. They did a great job on mine! Mom decided to do the microblading on her eyebrows since they last much longer (2+ years) and she said the price wasn't too bad compared to some of the other places she'd researched ($350 for both brows with a touchup included 2 weeks later). They turned out really good and she said it wasn't painful at all! She loves that she doesn't have to draw her brows in every morning now! One thing to mention- the microblading does take a little while (about an hour, maybe a little more) so go when you aren't in a rush 😉

I never left this salon happy. this time they completely ruined my eyebrows. She used wax and removed it in the same direction of the hair growth, and she didn’t even know how to do that it got stuck to my skin and it burned. And she didn’t care obviously, never apologized, kept trying to sell me anything and everything. Another time few years ago they put someone there who did not know how to operate the credit card machine and gave her no access to the cash register. They expected me to have exact change. I told the manager over the phone that I have to leave to get my kids from school I will return the next day with exact change. She refused to let me go and insisted it’s my problem not hers and I have to pay somehow. I had to go find change at Jc Penny and I was late to my kids school. They need to close this place for sure. So unprofessional
