First let me tell you Ashley has a heart of gold. From the moment I stepped through her doors I felt welcome and valued. I wasn’t just another appointment. In my case, I was someone that was in dire need of help….fix my botched, blue, misshaped eyebrows! Yes, I said blue. I looked like a clown. I walked in scared as heck because I know how one person can change your look and you are stuck with it. My self esteem was crap without makeup….just because of my brows. Ashley saw how nervous I was and she walked me through the process. She didn’t make me any fake promises like others have previously done and just said “I’ve got you.” She was patient and took all the time I needed to get the shape right. Well….after our first appointment I looked in the mirror scared as heck at what I would see and WOW, I had eyebrows….brown with just a smidge of blue….and they weren’t crooked! I couldn’t believe it. I was so happy with the results of our first appointment. After our follow up appointment 6 weeks later, it was even better….no more blue!! None. I cried. I had brown eyebrows that actually matched my hair. First time in years. It had been years with botched brows because I didn’t trust anyone. Without a doubt I trust Ashley. I had a horrible experience with permanet eyeliner at another facility and it was all gone by the end of the day. I was given Ashley's name for a reference and got my permanent eyeliner and eyebrows done. My eyeliner is PERFECT now. When I got my eyebrows done I had a meltdown because they were so dark at first and Ashley was able to calm me down and even checked on me throughout the week and asked for pictures. She knew how to deal with my crazy self and was so helpful. They look amazing and I'm so grateful for her talent! I LOVE the results!
