I had previously done microblading at a very fancy/expensive local spa. The result was lame at best. Jenny fixed the half-way job they did on my brows and so much more! She has a system she designed to ensure your brows are symmetrical and perfect. More importantly, Jenny is a very detail-oriented Nurse who is very professional & caring person and that treatment extends from your very first contact with her through the entire process. Because of that, she made sure I understood every step along the way and she was committed to a perfect outcome. Both achieved! This is the best customer service I have ever received! Jenny rocks!
