Jen is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, the industry and the science behind your skin. I really enjoyed my Hydrafacial and her more natural, simple approach to skincare. Her studio is so cozy and welcoming, I will definitely be going back again!

I was seeking out a facial treatment to help refresh my skin, reduce acne breakouts, and to have a relaxing experience. I chose to go with Jen as I believe in supporting local and wanted a treatment that doesn't rely on heavy chemicals. The treatment was quick and as expected, and I have no complaints about the facial. However, it was a frustrating experience for me. As a PhD educated scientist, I am well-informed and have researched my own skincare needs for years. Jen was very critical of my current skincare regimen, telling me that she was "shocked" that as a scientist I would use natural oils on my face. She attributed tea tree oil to "Crisco", although there is significant literature disproving this fact. Jen claims to rely on science, however she used scientific words but not scientific reasoning. This experience was not relaxing for me, as she tried to discuss conspiracy theories such as "chem trails" during treatment. She could not provide any product recommendations other than the skincare line that she sells, and said that "artificial moisturizers are a hoax". She may be a good fit for some, however I will seek out someone who aligns with my beliefs in sustainable skin care.

This Hydrafacial by Jen has been sooo incredible! She walked me through my skin concerns and how to adjust my routine to fit my needs. Jen was so knowledgeable about skincare and the science behind your skin! I got my Hydrafacial a few days ago and my skin is the best it’s been in YEARS! I’m acne prone/combination skin and my face feels so refreshed, hydrated and NORMAL. My facial was better than I could’ve ever expected but it’s also because Jen was such a kind and welcoming woman! My first thought after being done was wanting to go back RIGHT AWAY. I seriously never write reviews, but for the experience Jen gave, I had to. My only regret is not coming sooner. I am now so confident with my skin !!! 1000 STARS ⭐️

I can't rave enough about Jen. She's taught me so much about skin, especially mine and how to keep it healthy. I appreciate her no-nonsense honesty about skincare on the market that's effective and what's a waste of my money. My skin has greatly improved since I started seeing her AND I'm spending less money on my skincare routine! Finally, Jen is super responsive to messages and the booking process is seamless. I'm so glad she's in Omaha!

Jen is very professional and kind. She took time to understand my skin problems both present concerns and past issues. She took time with my Hydrafacial and was gentle while explaining the whole process. I have been back to her a few times and have seen improvement with acne and breakouts. I would recommend her if your looking for a facial that is effective, hygienic and thorough.
