Mid City Med Aesthetics

Meh. It was a great place with nice folks who answered the phone, were friendly at the desk, and could schedule you within two weeks, but now, no one answers the phone, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, so treatments aren't executed properly or with full patient knowledge, and don't begin to expect getting on their schedule any time soon after having to leave a message, since no one answers the phone. I had laser vein treatment with amazing results. Unfortunately, this office has horrible follow-up procedures, which now includes...never following up with the patient. I was asked to send pictures of treatment areas they were "confused" about, and never once got a call back. This has now happened twice within six months. I'm now unimpressed and will be going somewhere else, such as a place that answers the phone, treats patients for what they are requesting to be seen for, and proper patient follow-up. EDIT: Just got an email forwarded to me that they claim they sent a month ago, but I never received it, nor did I receive a follow-up phone call/voicemail, despite their, again, claims of doing so. I have no voicemail from them and no email response to my inquiry.

I have grown disappointed with this place. I have used it multiple times over the past 10 years and I won't any more. They must have some sort of admin problem: failed to update my account info, scheduled me and then my appt just disappeared. I came at the time I was scheduled and was turned away without any apology, like I made it up. When I asked for a refund for the rest of the package I did not use they told me they don't do that. My last procedure had zero effect ( I got a peel and my skin did not peel), and the one before left my skin bleeding. Not great.

HydraFacial was incredible. BEST FACIAL I've had in Omaha after almost 7 years. My face feels just incredible after last night's treatment. Yay to the great work of Kelly. She's incredible. I highly recommend this treatment and aesthetician.

I have been coming here for several years now. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, knowledable and professional. Highly recommend.

Great place for laser hair! I was able to get in quickly and the aesthetician was awesome! Highly recommended!
