Enlighten Omaha

I had an appointment today at 11AM, I even received the confirmation text for the appointment a few days ago. When I showed up, no one was there. I tried calling and texting the business number but no one ever answered or got back to me. I waited 20 minutes and left. I still have not heard back from them. Enlighten does not care about their clients or their time, I have never felt so disrespected by a business that I have been giving my money to. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Enlighten not answering their phones. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at this business. They do not keep phones on site, which is just unprofessional and bizarre. They do not answer these phones during business hours and half the time the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. The first two times I went to Enlighten I had a great experience. The lady who did my tattoo removal was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t go for most of the summer of 2021 and when I resumed my sessions there seemed to be a new staff. The woman who now does the tattoo removal (I don’t know her name because in the 9 sessions I’ve had with her she has never once introduced herself) never knows why I am there, or how many sessions I’ve previously had. It’s like she’s never met me before, which is pretty rude and unprofessional. Save your sanity and go somewhere else for tattoo removal.

Giving 5 stars to the one and only Ann. I had my second appointment with her and it was AMAZING. She took the time to explain the procedure, she was very careful and gentle while treating sensitive areas and completely turned around my experience with Enlighten. If anyone has had a bad experience, it's probably because it was not Ann or the owner giving the service. Ann and the owner are remarkable!

Where do i start... This treatment truly works. My face tattoo was holding me back from my true potential in life. With only five treatments my face tattoo was gone. The staff are super cool and friendly and verrrry informational on the process of my removal. I give five stars because they rock. Thank you so much.

i’m in the process of removing some pretty stubborn hand tattoos and have only had 2 treatments so far. both times i’ve been there they have always been very informative about the process and the doctor explains everything about the laser equipment in detail. i actually look forward to my appointments there, it’s a pretty fascinating experience. they seem to use the most up to date technology that is available, and maintain a very clean environment.

I would not recommend this place. To begin, no one was wearing masks and the doctor went on and on about how COVID was a government conspiracy. I had trusculpt 3D done on my sides and abdomen and it was a disaster from the beginning. The doctor didn't know how to work the scale and couldn't figure out how to take the pics with the tablet. The procedure was very painful and burned. I got my procedure done 9 days ago and I am still very tender and sore with burn marks and bruising on my stomach. I would stay away from this place.
