I absolutely love Dr. Travis. She is very thorough with helping me understand concerns. Non-judgemental as I tend to put off visits & needed multiple cavities filled last time I was in. I’m so excited she’s offering injections, can’t wait to give that a try. A one-stop shop! Her hygienists are super friendly and gentle. Plus billing staff is extremely helpful. Myself and now my family have gotten dental work done by her- including intensive dental work. They are so pleased with her, she’s is clients with her for life! Can’t recommend enough!

I am so glad Dr Travis is my dentist. She saw the issues I had with my teeth and the two visits I needed solved everything and I haven’t had a problem since. I am so happy with the office staff too they are very caring and compassionate and Michael at the front desk has helped me understand the cost in dealing with my insurance and has taken care of scheduling appointments. I appreciate this very much and the communication is outstanding!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over five years. Trish the hygienist is a godsend. She immediately could pick up on my anxiety And was able to calm me down as much as possible. I had to go back for a deeper clean And she came in on one of her days off to knock it out for me and even charged my headphones when they died She talked me thru the entire process without talking down to me or making me feel bad about not going in so long due to my fears of the dentist office. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about ways to try to get better habits worked into my everyday routine. Michael at the front desk helped with booking me an appointment fairly quickly, even calling me back when there was a sooner opening that worked better in my schedule & dealing with my insurance and billing and actually ended up being a bit less than we thought. Highly recommend this office

I had my 2nd dental appointment with Carlye Travis's office for some dental cleaning. Everyone there is amazing in their job but also very friendly and caring. I've never been comfortable in "the chair" but they really take the time to make sure that I'm ok and I enjoy the conversations we have. From the moment I receive a greeting from Michael to the time I leave, I am treated to the best care possible. I highly recommend. I've NEVER looked forward to my next visit...... until now. Let's go!!!!!

I had to cancel my son’s appointment due to finding out his appointment was not covered by his insurance much to my surprise since the previous appointments have been covered. Was very disappointed in how Michael the front desk receptionist handled the situation he was very rude. I advised him that Trish had gotten all the additional appointments pre-authorized and were covered, and he told me she can only make recommendations and has nothing other to do with approvals when all the prior appointments had been approved and tried to tell me that his insurance coverage changed for this year while This whole year he had been going in for additional appointments so very disappointed. I’ve always had a good experience with everyone there and now my son will probably only be becoming once a year just very disappointed.
