Progressive Dentistry & Facial Aesthetics

I've been going to this clinic for some time now. They treated my 9-year-old son's teeth. Dr. Bobr is attentive, a true professional, and does everything well. We had crowns fitted by her, and today she amazingly extracted two wisdom teeth without any pain. Thank you, we will continue to use your services.

This place deserves 1 star. The only reason I give 2 stars is for Taylor the hygienist. I have been here four times now for bi-annual cleanings and I become more disappointed and frustrated with each visit. I have seen both Dr. Bobr and Dr. Krause, and I am completely appalled at their bedside manner. Each time they walk in the room there is no introduction or hello, they bark orders at me like I’m a dog, then after a glance in my mouth they say “okay” and walk out of the room. My experiences with both dentists have been identical. There is no way that in the 25 seconds they are in the room, they have seen enough to fully assess my oral health. I will not be coming back, as I take my oral health seriously and I need a dentist to match that energy. Taylor the hygienist is very thorough, though. She explains things well and is very attentive to detail. I have been with her all four times and I can certainly say she is the only reason I have come back. I tried to give this dental group a new chance after a few bad visits, but it’s clear now that this is how they always function.

Blanca helped me with grace this morning, when I was at my wits end. She was patient and understanding. She listened and cared about my plite. She related and not only empathized but got my appointment scheduled and info with such a great attitude. I'm very much looking forward to my first appointment!

I went to this office for severe tooth pain and left feeling completely unsupported and alarmed by the level of care. The dentist informed me that they could only can prescribe regular ibuprofen or Tylenol for significant dental pain and could not provide anything stronger. They also stated that they did not offer sedation beyond Novocain, so cleanings and procedures are done without nitrous or other anxiety/pob control options. During my short visit, the environment felt very unprofessional. Staff openly discussed a hygienist who doesn't show up to work, which did not inspire confidence. The treatment rooms are not enclosed, so there is no real privacy during care or consultation. Hygienically, I was concerned that during the panoramic X-ray, the bite block was not covered with a disposable plastic barrier. Overall, this office did not feel equipped for patients with urgent dental concerns or anxiety around dental work, and the lack of professional boundaries and basic infection control precautions was troubling. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking responsive, up-to-date, or patient-centered dental care.

Dr.Bobr and Blanca her dental assistant are amazing! I came to her with a bad infection in my tooth and wanted partials for my wedding in July! The Dr. is amazing and her team always a pleasure to see her and her work is pristine. I will continue to go her and my husband and refer the rest of my family. She gave my smile back I was insecure before about it and now I smile every chance I get!! Thank you to her and her team If I can give him more than five stars, I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😁
