I had an excellent experience with Spring Ridge Dental Group. Margo the hygienist was thorough and so professional. I appreciated Dr Higgins and her very kind demeanor. Something that really stood out for me is how affordable my visit was and the attention given to find the best way to pay for needed dentistry. I was getting so frustrated because I could not find a new dentist. My old dentist did not take my new insurance. I had a throbbing tooth. I explained situation to gal who answered phone and she said there's no openings until March. I was like ok. I continued to look for dentists. About 15 minutes later, Spring Ridge called back and said yes, we can get you in tomorrow! I was so relieved. I went and the office was beautiful, everyone was so nice. I want this to be my new dentist and told them that! Excellent customer service team, very, very pleased!

My appointment was very thorough. The staff were extremely professional and kind. I didn't get great news for my care plan but they were very understanding and offered everything they could to help me receive the recommended care. I'm very impressed and pleased with my choice of this office.
