Pacific Hills Dental

I love this place but if you have to reschedule, could be 7-8 months out. That is a bit much. Yes I know it's my own fault for having to reschedule, I haven't had to reschedule in years. But being put on the cancellation list isn't a guarantee. Is it too many patients or not enough staff? Been going here for 12 years. Guess I need to find a backup.

Pacific Dental - Tom St. Germain, DDS (Dr. St. Germain) absolutely deserves this overdue review. I had a fantastic experience back in July 2025. They cleaned my teeth, completed a tooth extraction, and did a crown, and the entire process was professional, thorough, and surprisingly smooth. This office is amazing, especially because they actually make the crown in the dental office, so it can be shaped and placed the same day. That level of convenience and efficiency is incredible. Everyone was so kind and reassuring, and I genuinely felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Jane was the first to greet me, and she was wonderful. She made sure I had a great experience and helped keep me calm during the procedures. Dr. St. Germain was excellent: thorough, understanding, and patient. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dental to anyone looking for professional, high-quality dental care with a team that truly treats you with kindness and respect.

One billion stars. Dr Tom and Ina have saved my smile when I was positive nobody could. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t feel like the equivalency of being sent to the principal’s office, schedule here. They are warm, kind, and generous with whatever you’re going through in their chair. You’re met with understanding and compassion over judgment and lecture. And you leave smiling.

Very customer service oriented office. I lost a filling while out of town. They worked with my schedule upon my return to get it fixed. Dr. St Germain is one of the best & gentlest Dentist’s I have ever been to. The office has state of the art equipment and the best Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and office staff in the Omaha area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. Was visiting from out of town & a crown popped off. I called Pacific Hills Dental (having seen an ad) and they not only fit me in right away but were very welcoming and put me at ease (not an easy thing to do!). "Dr. Tom" is absolutely delightful. If I lived in town, I'd absolutely have him & Pacific Hills Dental take care of all my dental needs. I cannot thank them enough, nor can I more highly recommend.
