Palmetto Infusion - Birmingham

I've been going to this office for a couple of months and from the time I walk into the office the experience each and every time from the team has been beyond exceptional ! I'm not exaggerating, the atmosphere is relaxing, everyone in the office is smiling, polite and caring. It sounds too good to be true but it's the truth. I'm so comfortable each and every time that I don't want to leave due to the care and treatment from these wonderful people. Keep shining TEAM!🤗

Palmetto Infusion is a wonderful place for medically necessary treatments. The people are very kind and the place is very clean. You have privacy but help is only a buzz away. They are helping to save my life and I appreciate them so very much!

I wish that I did not have to give them A star because they don’t deserve one!!! This place is awful!!! My iron is severely low. I have been waiting since July the beginning of July to get my iron infusion it’s now September and I still can’t even get an appointment with them because they don’t know what the crap they’re doing! I never get phone calls from them. I keep having to call them to try and figure out what’s going on and they just give me the runaround. And tell me oh well it’s in another processing state and someone will have to call me back But I never hear from anyone! This place is unorganized communication between employees is horrible And if I could, I would change where I was gonna have this infusion done but at this point why bother, I’ve come this far Why not see it out. Of course I may regret going into the suite and having the actual infusion done. All I can say is do not use this place. It has been a nightmare!!!
