I love solutions, Its an easy way to get my daughter’s feeding tube supplies. Although, the past few times i’ve ordered they never went through, and i’ve had to use a dirty old bag for many days. this last time, i called the week in advance and they didnt send it. i called again, the lady said she was sending it monday. it never arrived, so today we talked with Destiny and she was kinda rude. she said we must be “confused” when we tried MULTIPLE times to place that order. she said we werent due for an order until august, when we were only sent 15 bags in late july. She just sent a few, i hope i get them because i litterally cannot feed my daughter until then.

I called 2 days in a row to renew my prescription on a much needed medication....they said they would do it and let me down. Now it's the weekend and I'm still without meds until Monday....and I may be without meds for much longer if they refuse to do their job next week!!

The staff here is amazing…I felt like they were concerned and cared about my health! It is so hard to find people who are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, uplifting and caring! You will find that here! If you have a choice of where to go look no further, you just found it! Thanks for taking such good care of me!!!!

The Nurses and staff always made me feel comfortable and as if I was a friend, not just a paient. I felt like they really cared about my well being and health. I felt safe and lucky to be getting my treatments at Birmingham ID & Infusion.
