Total Dermatology-McCalla

Visited on 2/6 and was advised that two different prescriptions would be sent to two different locations one on 280 that would be mailed out and one to Walmart pharmacy in Bessemer The next day i called Walmart pharmacy and they said they didn’t have a prescription and that was a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to find out what to do about prescription Called back again Monday and left a voicemail and expressed that I work 6am - 6pm and asked to please leave a voicemail so we will not be playing phone tag so i can just info I need to pick up my father prescriptions because he is not feeling well. Someone named Tracy called me and left a voice message to call her back and every time I call back she sends me to voice mail. So I keep calling because what else can I do with my schedule 6-6 and I am the only one that cares for my dad. I was there with them on the 6th for his appointment Today is Feb 17 and I am still waiting for help. Someone in background keeps laughing and saying do you want me to send you back to her voicemail. I saw if that’s the only way I can get help for my dad because they are playing like it’s a game. I have not been mean nasty or rude. Just trying to get help for my dad.

We brought our Son here and Dr. Hopper was so sweet and professional. She addressed our situation head on and now our Son is back all smiles. Thank you so very much we will definitely be back!

As a new patient I had a wonderful experience. I didn't have to wait long at all. The receptionist was nice and professional. When I went to the back I noticed that everyone was the same, nice, funny and professional. Very attentive to my needs. Dr. Sara was amazing!!!

Everything about Total Dermatology - Bessemer was a perfect experience, from making the appointment, to a friendly greeting at the front desk, to an awesome Dr. Murthy who was professional and efficient and caring to Shelly who explained how to care for the area that was biopsied. My husband was pleased with his visit, as well.

Went to Total Dermatology for the first time this past week & Dr. Hopper was FANTASTIC!!! She was very thorough & had a great bedside manner!! I will be back!!!!
