I am just over halfway through my treatment plan and cannot say enough good things about this process and Chesney. This is well worth the time and money, I’m already down almost 2 pant sizes and can see the difference. I find my treatment time to be relaxing and encouraging, Chesney goes out of her way to make you comfortable and is very friendly and professional! I recommend this to anyone not wanting to undergo surgery or costly procedures!

I do not recommend the “Mommy Makeover” treatment. In my experience, the results only lasted a couple of days (1-2) and were not permanent fat removal as I understood or expected. Before starting, I was told by Chesney that I would reach my goal weight after completing 8 treatments. I completed the recommended treatments, but I did not reach my goal weight and my overall weight remained the same. I initially raised concerns in August of last year and was encouraged to complete the full treatment plan to see results. I restarted the treatments from October through January, but unfortunately saw no improvement. When I reached out again after completing the second round, it took about a week to receive a response, and I had to follow up. The response I received from Neal was essentially that “not sure what to say,” that they do not offer refunds, and that “all bodies are different.” I did not receive any further communication after that. I spent over $4,000 on this treatment and did not experience the results that were discussed. Based on my experience, I do not feel it was worth the time or financial investment.

Iconic Spa is wonderful. Chesney is wonderful to work with. She makes you feel very comfortable and does a great job at explaining everything. I was very happy with my first session!

I had my introductory treatment and have had 3 of my 6 visits. No improvement. Attached is their response. Hi xxxx, I can compare current pictures to your past ones if you could send me some. Like I said first visit this is definitely a process. Your body needs time to release fat cells and to tighten and tone back up. If a worse appearance has occurred then that is a result of not following the post treatment protocol. We also have a no refund policy which you had signed.
