Total Dermatology-Trussville

My experience was amazing! The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Heidi is an exceptional PA who takes her time, listens attentively, and ensures her patients feel heard and understood. She reviews everything thoroughly and never rushes through appointments. Her professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness are unmatched. Her assistant was professional, friendly, and kind, creating a warm and welcoming environment from the moment I walked into the exam room.

I went online back in Feb to schedule an appointment for today and your company email me a message stating my appointment was confirmed, well I went today and I was not on the schedule I showed the lady at the front desk who stated she was the manager and she was very rude refused to listen I will never come back to that location she has no people skills. When I showed her their email response that my appointment was confirmed she didn't even care. I will never go back to that location or even recommend anyone to go back there. I was treated like I was beneath her and I was crazy

This location is not kids friendly. The nurse JOJO, and Dr Heidi were very unprofessional. If you have medicade they look down on you! Not for Black People! Oh and let me say the only Awesome thing about this place was the receptionist. I think her name was Shawn( young black lady) even the person sitting next to her had a bad attitude. If her name is Shawn she needs a raise! Thanks

Everyone was so friendly and professional from phone contact,in office visit,and check out ! The facility was very clean also. My husband and I were both very pleased with our nursing care. We highly recommend Total Dermatology in Trussville!

Did not have a long wait at all. Everyone was very friendly. Natalie is great. She has a wonderful personality. She is very direct and informative about what the situation it. Thanks Natalie
