Massage Envy

I have been a member of Massage Envy for many years and have been a client of Brittany’s for many years … she is the best !!! I love deep tissue massage and she does such a Great job .. she knows my routine and problem areas and each and every time asks if i have anything else going on . Last year I had 3 knee/leg surgeries and when I was able to return she was very careful and caring about what areas she could work on and it helped me so much .. she is friendly , pleasant and I tell her she can’t ever leave !! I HIGHLY recommend her … she is so good at her job !!👏👏👏

This is not a company that makes things right when the unforseen happens. The result should have been to refund a giftcard of ours from another state. We are in possession of the card and knee at least at one point it had all the money on it in our location. It was going to be used recently but found out it had none on it. We found out it was used 3 times at the Hoover, Alabama location. Although cards can technically be used without the physical card , you should at least have a full number. Whoever used it couldn't have. I tried for over a week to remedy this situation and have them stand by their mistakes of accepting this card not one but 3 times. The owner is not standing by their mistakes. I think they would have come up with any reason not to stand by it. If an owner cared enough they could figure out that we are telling the truth , but they decided to take the approach to have me try for over a week and since I wasn't giving up they finally gave me their decision..... which was not wise...... because here I am...... warning you against them. My local location said this had happened to them and their owner stood by it. I called them back and told them what I was told. I can tell they don't agree. They aren't impressed either. So if you need a massage, I suggest going somewhere else. I technically am not impressed with any massage envy locations I've dealt with. I would suggest a different massage place all together. Maybe they will be more trustworthy and caring.

First let me say the massage was good. My issue with the whole visit was; A little while ago I bought my wife a gift card for an hour and it was $100. Got to my massage, didn't go into the room until about 5 minutes after scheduled time and my massage was over 5 minutes before the ending of a 30-minute session. When I went back out to check out they told me that my card was used up and I know that I had 30 minutes left on the card. With that being said, didn't get a full 30 minute massage and canceled out the rest of the money I had on the card.

I received a facial that was the best I ever had! Alicia has such a calming, pleasant personality. She has a high level of knowledge regarding skin care. Very professional!

I had a wonderful experience at this Massage Envy in Hoover. Everyone there was very kind, helpful, and informative. Brittney does a wonderful massage and I would highly recommend her. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and the atmosphere was very peaceful.
