He is an amazing massage therapist who not only has incredible skill, but also a real gift for connecting your personal experiences with how your body feels. Bernard is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. He was extremely intuitive, connected and responsive to my massage goals. The space was immediately relaxing, he transforms the room into an experience. He’s genuinely attentive, kind and caring. I was extremely impressed with how well he handled me and my pressure preferences, as well as his consummate professionalism. I’ve paid double his rates for massages that were nowhere near as healing. Has to be the best in Birmingham.

Bernard is an incredibly knowledgeable massage therapist. I have been struggling with various areas of tension and pain from being a mother of three and typically I get minimal relief from a massage, but after getting the 90 minute deep-tissue massage I feel like a new person. I’m sort of amazed at the level of relief I feel right now! I was reluctant at first because I have somewhat exclusively seen women massage therapists, and I think a lot of women share that same concern. I did a lot of research on people who dealt with sciatic nerve problems and other specific issues, and his website detailed his impressive number of certifications and course completions so I decided to schedule a session. Bernard was so professional and created a very relaxing and comfortable environment. He is a truly kind person and I recommend him 100% to anyone. On a personal note, coming from someone who has struggled with trauma, for me to be able to feel completely comfortable is saying a great deal. So I felt very strongly that I should share an honest review on his level of professionalism and to recommend him to people who have real issues with tension and pain that need someone they can trust who can address those issues in a respectful way. Amazing experience and I fully plan on scheduling regular sessions. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would. Do your back a favor and book Bernard. 👍
