Jess at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and informative. Tina the masseuse was comforting and friendly, and brought a relaxed environment. She was professional in her delivery of pressure and pressure points. Overall, the facility and the service were excellent. I look forward to going back.

Tina was absolutely amazing. I went in with pretty significant pain. She was collaborative with me on what would be best for my situation. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. She worked so hard to make sure I got some pain relief by the end of my session. I cannot recommend her enough.

Well, I was looking to this massage, this was my first time visiting this location and I was immensely disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 12, and keep in mind, i walked in the door at 11:45, plenty of time to fill out simple paperwork. Was not called back to the room until 12:07 and the session did not start until 12:15. To make matters even worse, she ended the massage at 12:55. So...40 minutes when scheduled for 60. I understand having time to undress and such, but 20 minutes short is a bit much, and being late to call me back is extremely unprofessional !!! Also, my massage was fair at best, she did not use enough lotion/oil and her technique was sloppy. The only positive from this experience was the lovely receptionist who was very kind, but clearly I did not come here for that.
