Massage Envy

The staff at Massage Envy Mountain Brook is amazing. They thoroughly explain any questions you have. Thurston is an amazing massage therapist who will ask questions to ensure that your session is tailored to maximize comfort. He will also answer any questions that you may have thoroughly. I highly recommend him! They also offer a stretch/massage session which I look forward to do on my next visit! The atmosphere is simple but relaxing! They offer a membership for regular maintenance which is also nice

The massage was great. Although only half of my thighs were massaged. There was a lotion line so it was clearly evident. I probably should have said something to give him permission to go there, I just found it odd. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Massage therapist was good. However it was freezing cold in the room so it was very difficult to relax! I expressed that at the beginning of the session but there were no changes made to warm up there room. A friend also got a massage at the same time and her room was very cold too.

I think he’s great as far as technique and listened to my concerns. The massage was more of a 47 min massage instead of 60 min. That’s likely massage envy policy, not his though.

This location is always a pleasure to visit and the employees are great! I use Sophie for my facials and she is wonderful, genuine and truly cares. I have used Brandon for my massages and highly recommend this location for all your needs.
