I have had the opportunity to have massages around the world, and Kate has consistently blown them all out of the water by far. Her precise knowledge of anatomy and physiology, acute assessment ability, and deep fundamental understanding of how the body works is second to none. I exclusively prefer her as my massage therapist, and her services are worth every single penny and then some!

We came here for our first massages today for my fiances birthday. I had mine with Kayla and my fiance with Brett who were both great! They both made sure we were comfortable, asked our expectations before & checked in during to ensure the entire experience was enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

This was a birthday gift from my daughter. She goes there on a regular basis. Kayla is very knowledgeable and encouraged feedback. I like a deep massage and she definitely worked out the knots in my shoulders and my feet! I slept really well after the massage. I'll be calling soon to set up my next appointment.

I booked a 45 minute neuromuscular massage with Elizabeth for an acute-on-chronic flare of neck pain. This was not my first professional massage but was my first experience with neuromuscular massage. I have a lot of spasms in my upper back/shoulder and neck area and this was perfect. Elizabeth was great - she asked what my goals were and set realistic expectations. She was considerate and open to feedback throughout the massage. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to solve all of my problems at once (my back is riddled with spasms) but focused on thoroughly treating my main problems, as opposed to doing a “halfway” job on all of them (we only had 45 minutes, after all). We also had a great conversation but of course she will provide a silent massage as well. Highly recommend Elizabeth!
